Frequently Asked Questions

No, We do not post the photos of the children on our website for their own security.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check/money order and cash are accepted for payment.
You can place your order online with a credit card by following these instructions:
  1. Choose one to get started:

    If your child did not have their photo taken yet, select “Pre-Order Now

    If your child already had their photo taken, select “I have not received my photos

  2. Enter your league code in the order form code field.
  3. Choose the items you’d like to purchase.
  4. Scroll to bottom of page and click on the “Next” button.
  5. Enter your child’s name and team name.
  6. If there are no additional children or poses, select “Continue Order.”
  7. Enter your shipping information.
  8. Enter you billing information.
  9. Submit your order.
The league code for your organization may be found on the printed envelope you received or in an email sent to you. If you cannot find the league code, you may request it by completing the form below.

No, only enter the number if you have it. Otherwise, you may disregard that section.
You have 3 options: 1) You may contact us to be put on a retake list. 2) Contact us to let us know the photo wasn’t taken and you want a refund/credit. 3) We offer an Upload Your Own photo option. We can make any of our products using a photo you supply. To place an order, go to Upload Your Own. Please note: the photo must be a digital image of at least 1 MB and cannot be taken by another professional photographer unless you also have a copyright release for that image.
Photos take between 3-4 weeks to deliver. If you haven't received them within that time frame, please contact us using the form below.
You may view some of our available products on the Product page. If you are placing an order online, you will be able to view an image of all available products.
If you can’t print your receipt, please write your child’s full name and confirmation # on a piece of paper to be given to the photographer when the photo is taken.

Yes, you can still order online for up to a year after your photo was taken.
