📸 Bishop Photo – FAQs
1. Can I view my child's photo, how does Bishop Photo handle my child’s information?
For the safety & privacy of children, images are not viewable prior to purchase. Digital downloads are available for purchase once your order info has been verified and matched to your child’s name. If you are not satisfied after receiving your photos, our 100% satisfaction guarantee allows for a retake or a full refund.
2. I haven’t received my photos yet. What should I do?
Orders are processed in the order they are received and typically ship within 10–14 business days after we receive your order.
Please check your online order receipt or confirmation email to see whether your league chose:

Mail directly to your home, or
-
Mail back to your organization for distribution by a coach or coordinator.
If you have not received your photo order within 30 business days, please contact us.
3. I ordered a digital image — how do I receive it?
You will receive an instruction card that will come with your photo packet including a code.
Once you receive the card, follow these steps:

Click on the Digital Downloads tab on our website

Enter your download code in the code box

Select your image by checking the box then download the file
