“When will I receive my order, what is the status?”

Depending on what your organization selected, on your receipt it will state if your order is being mailed to your home, or sent to your league for them to distribute to you. We ship photos USPS First Class Mail. **If you do not receive your order within a 30 day timeframe then please contact us.**

 

“When will I receive my digital image?”

Once images are processed in our lab, along with your printed photos you will receive a postcard with instructions on how to securely access the digital image you purchased. Please allow time for processing.

 

“How can I view my child’s photo?”

For security reasons we cannot provide proofs of minors. We do guarantee satisfaction, after receiving your order you can request a retake or refund if you're not satisfied. Thank you for your understanding.

 

“How do I place an order for multiple children, or poses?”

Every image taken needs it's own order filled out, our website is set up to take one order first then in the following steps you can add another child or order, please list any info in the additional details sections.

 

“How do I order more photos or order photos that were taken in prior seasons and/or years?”

Please enter the league code from the season and/or sport you would like to order photos from, or enter the code as the word REORDER to order more photos, please enter any detail to help us locate the correct image you want to order in the additional details section of your order.
