📸 Bishop Photo – FAQs
1. Can I view my child's photo, how does Bishop Photo handle my child’s information?
We record your child’s name in our secure database to match their photo with your order. For privacy reasons, we do not provide proofs of minors before purchase. After receiving your order if you’re not satisfied, you can request a retake or refund. Thank you for your understanding.
2. I haven’t received my photos yet. What should I do?
Orders are processed in the order they are received and require processing time prior to shipment. Once shipped they are normally received within 10-14 business days.
Please check your online order receipt or confirmation email to see whether your league chose:

Mail directly to your home, or
-
Mail back to your organization for distribution by a coach or coordinator.
If you have not received your photo order within 30 business days, please contact us.
3. I want to order photos from a previous season/year — how do I do that?
You can place a reorder using your league code, or if the league code is no longer active:

Go to our homepage and click under After Photo Was Taken, Order Now

Enter the word REORDER as the "league code"

In the Additional Details section, please enter the season or year you wish to order
4. I ordered a digital image — how do I receive it?
You will receive an instruction card that will come with your photo packet including a code to download your child’s digital image.
Once you receive the card, follow these steps:

Click on the Digital Downloads tab on our website

Enter your download code in the code box

Select your image by checking the box then download the file
